How can I book with Hotel on St Georges

Hotel on St Georges offer various booking options. You can contact the hotel anytime directly via telephone or email. The easiest and quickest way is to book via our booking engine in the upper right section of this site, where you simply have to enter the requested dates and number of guests.

What is Best Available Rate?

When booking through our website, we guarantee, that you will get the best available rate.

At what time is check-in?
Hotel rooms are available for check-in from 2pm.

At what time is check-out?
Check-out is at 11am.

Do you offer disabled rooms?
We do offer a Paraplegic/ Disabled Room. You can view this room under the “Rooms” Tab.

Is parking available at the hotel?
We offer private Valet Parking inside the building, where your car can safely be stored overnight.

What are the reception opening hours?
The reception is open 24 hours and our colleagues will be at your service day and night.

Can I also book breakfast online? What does it cost?
A full South African Buffet breakfast is already included in the rate. Should you wish to invite guests to join you for breakfast, the cost will be R105 per person.

Is it possible to book beauty treatments online?
Yes, a variety of add on beauty treatments can be booked with your accommodation on our website.

Can I bring my pet?
Unfortunately pets cannot be accommodated.

Where can I see the hotel rates?/ How much is a room/night?
Our rates are calculated on a daily basis. Therefore we cannot give you a general overview of costs. But you can easily enter the arrival dates in our booking engine and our system will search the best available rates for you.

Are the rates per person or per room?
All prices are on a per-room-basis.

Why do the costs vary from day to day?
For one reason they may vary because of occupancy and event dates or other high season dates. Other reasons could be that the prices have increased since your last visit on our website. Generally rates will increase, the longer you wait with your booking.

Can I book two rooms of different categories?
You are able to book this directly on our website. Just select the number of categories of rooms required.

Can I book two rooms with different occupancy?
Yes, simply select the required number of guests per room.

Is Wi-Fi available at the hotel/in the room?
WIFI is available free of charge in the rooms and in public areas. Please however note that as WIFI is shared amongst all of the guests inside the hotel, it may be slow from time to time and therefore it is recommended that for activities other than e-mail checking and web browsing, data is purchased.

Do you offer non-smoking rooms?
Our hotel is a completely smoke-free property, thus no smoking rooms on offer..

Can I use the Beauty Salon even if I am not staying in your hotel?
External guests are welcome to make use of our Beauty Salon, Nails2Go. Bookings are essential.

Do you offer hotel shuttles, for example to the next airport or train station?
Unfortunately we do not have a hotel shuttle. We are however able to assist with pre-booking of airport transfers through one of our preferred suppliers. We would only require your flight details in order to book this for you. Payment for this service will take place directly with the driver on the day. Alternatively, our colleagues will be happy to assist you with calling a taxi for you.

Can I have breakfast/lunch even if I am not staying in your hotel?
Yes, of course you can enjoy a meal or drink at our restaurant, The Kitchen Deli. The Kitchen Deli operates daily for breakfast from 07h00 until 10h30 and for lunch from 11h00 until 15h30.

Are special requests, such as gluten-free meals manageable?
We are always trying to fulfill every of your desires. Kindly however note that all of our rooms are carpeted and therefore should you have a dust allergy or are allergic to carpets, we may not be able to assist. Please contact us with your special needs.

Where can I get a copy of my invoice after departure?
A final invoice will be issued to you on departure from the hotel should you have made your reservation directly with the hotel.

What should I do, if I lost or forgot something in my room?
We will contact you should something have been found inside of your room following your departure.

Why is the hotel not bookable with a message “a minimum stay is required"?
On some days, especially during high frequented dates it may happen that the hotel has to be booked with a minimum length of stay. In this case, please change the arrival or departure date or contact the hotel directly.

How can I see the different rates?
As soon as you have chosen your dates and number of guests, you will see our rate grid, which will show the lowest available rates for each category. You have then the option to display all available rates by clicking on a room category.

How can I see which features are included in the price?
A detailed overview will be shown beneath the rate grid, if you click on a rate or category. The rate description will show every included service.

Can I book without credit card?
All rates can only be booked with a credit card.

Which online payment methods do you offer?
At the moment, you can only pay by credit card.   The card used for payment has to be presented on arrival for imprint purposes.  

For how many persons I can make a reservation? Are bookings for groups possible online?
You can book up to 8 persons and up to 4 rooms per reservation. If you require rooms for more persons, please contact our service center or the hotel directly.

Is my credit card being charged at time of booking?
Your credit card will be charged at the time of booking.

Which credit cards are accepted?
We accept credit cards from MasterCard, Visa, American Express and Diners Club Card.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?
You can cancel your reservation by choosing the tab at the bottom of the website page “Cancel Your Booking”. For any changes on your reservation, please click the “Modify/Cancel” Tab at the bottom of the page.

By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?
This depends on which rate or arrangement you have booked. You can see the cancellation policy in the rate description and on your reservation confirmation.

Where can I see the booking conditions?
The booking conditions will be shown in the booking process under "Terms and Conditions". You will also find them on your booking confirmation.

Can I check-in without my reservation number?
Yes, you can check-in by stating for which name the booking has been made.  You would also need to present a valid picture ID, Passport or Drivers Licence on arrival.
